Family friendly rental ready for all seasons, with air conditioning and heating.


This well maintained 2 bedroom house situated in Golden Beach is only 200m from the waterfront and within walking distance to town. What better location to explore the natural beauty of Gippsland, Victoria?


The holiday rental is fully furnished with a complete kitchen and all electrical appliances. The kitchen even includes a kettle, toaster and breakfast bar.


Air conditioning has been installed to prep the cottage for summer, and an electric heater keeps you warm in the colder months. This quaint, tidy cottage is a great rental at any time of the year.


The partly fenced property has a wide driveway, lined by tall trees which provide some shade.


This Golden Beach rental was designed for a family holiday, with a queen size bed in the master bedroom and a trundle in the second bedroom. Both bedrooms have large, floor-to-ceiling windows to let in as much sunlight as possible. 


LINEN NOT SUPPLIED.  BYO Bedding (Doonas, Pillows, Towels etc.)


Bedding comprises of: 1 x Queen, 1 x Bunk Set (Double/Single).

Booking terms

HOLIDAY ACCOMMODATION BOOKING POLICY

PLEASE NOTE: UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES CAN THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE STAYING IN ANY PROPERTY EXCEED THE MAXIMUM SPECIFIED IN THE PROPERTY INFORMATION WITHOUT DIRECT AUTHORITY OF THE AGENT. THIS CONDITION ARISES FROM THE FACT THE TOWNSHIP RELIES ON TANK WATER. THIS IS POLICED AND THE BOOKING CAN BE TERMINATED AT THE DISCRETION OF THE AGENT.

DEPOSIT:
If you are paying directly into our bank account, a deposit of 50% of the full tariff is required within 2 working days. The booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

NOTE: Bookings for a single night require payment in full to confirm. However, single nights can only be booked over the phone on BH 03 5146 3111/MOB 0481 842 678.

FINAL PAYMENT: is required 7 days prior to arrival.

BOND: All our properties attract a $200.00 refundable bond and will be returned upon successful inspection. The bond shall be returned within 7 working days.

CANCELLATIONS:

For holidays cancelled or terminated earlier than expected, whatever the reason, the following applies:

• Bookings cancelled between 8 – 21 DAYS prior to arrival – 50% of the deposit paid will be refunded to the customer.
• Bookings cancelled 7 DAYS or less or for no show bookings – NO REFUND OF DEPOSIT.
• Bookings cancelled 21 days or more prior to commencement - Deposits returned in full

FOR HOLIDAYS COMMENCED BUT TERMINATED BY THE GUEST EARLIER THAN EXPECTED, NO REFUND OF PAYMENT.
