AMBROSE COTTAGE is an easy 5 minutes walk to the pristine 90 Mile Beach and one of the original beach houses in Paradise Beach. The history of this beach house is well documented with photos and information from the original owners who built the house back in 1956.  The cottage comfortably suits a family of up to six people along with your well behaved pets. Please remember to bring your pets bedding and anything else they need to make their stay as enjoyable as yours. Located one street back from the beach, this cottage with it's secure, spacious yard is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday.

Booking terms

HOLIDAY ACCOMMODATION BOOKING POLICY

PLEASE NOTE: UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES CAN THE NUMBER OF PEOPLE STAYING IN ANY PROPERTY EXCEED THE MAXIMUM SPECIFIED IN THE PROPERTY INFORMATION WITHOUT DIRECT AUTHORITY OF THE AGENT. THIS CONDITION ARISES FROM THE FACT THE TOWNSHIP RELIES ON TANK WATER. THIS IS POLICED AND THE BOOKING CAN BE TERMINATED AT THE DISCRETION OF THE AGENT.

DEPOSIT:
If you are paying directly into our bank account, a deposit of 50% of the full tariff is required within 2 working days. The booking is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

NOTE: Bookings for a single night require payment in full to confirm. However, single nights can only be booked over the phone on BH 03 5146 3111/MOB 0407131678

FINAL PAYMENT: is required 7 days prior to arrival.

BOND: All our properties attract a $200.00 refundable bond and will be returned upon successful inspection. The bond shall be returned within 7 working days.

CANCELLATIONS:

For holidays cancelled or terminated earlier than expected, whatever the reason, the following applies:

• Bookings cancelled between 8 – 21 DAYS prior to arrival – 50% of the deposit paid will be refunded to the customer.
• Bookings cancelled 7 DAYS or less or for no show bookings – NO REFUND OF DEPOSIT.
• Bookings cancelled 21 days or more prior to commencement - Deposits returned in full

FOR HOLIDAYS COMMENCED BUT TERMINATED BY THE GUEST EARLIER THAN EXPECTED, NO REFUND OF PAYMENT.
